Blueberry & Feta Watermelon Salad

Sweet, salty, juicy, and refreshing—perfect for a July 4th picnic or potluck.

🍉 Ingredients (Serves 6–8):

  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon

  • 1½ cups fresh blueberries

  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • ¼ cup finely sliced red onion (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp fresh mint or basil, chopped (optional but lovely)

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper

  • Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling

🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cube & Combine:
    In a large bowl, combine the watermelon and blueberries.

  2. Add the Extras:
    Gently fold in feta, red onion (if using), and herbs.

  3. Dress It Up:
    Squeeze lime juice over the top and season with a light pinch of salt and pepper.

  4. Serve Chilled:
    Transfer to a serving platter or bowl. Just before serving, drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze if desired for an extra punch.
