Blueberry & Feta Watermelon Salad
Sweet, salty, juicy, and refreshing—perfect for a July 4th picnic or potluck.
🍉 Ingredients (Serves 6–8):
4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1½ cups fresh blueberries
¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup finely sliced red onion (optional)
2 Tbsp fresh mint or basil, chopped (optional but lovely)
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper
Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling

Cube & Combine:
In a large bowl, combine the watermelon and blueberries.Add the Extras:
Gently fold in feta, red onion (if using), and herbs.Dress It Up:
Squeeze lime juice over the top and season with a light pinch of salt and pepper.Serve Chilled:
Transfer to a serving platter or bowl. Just before serving, drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze if desired for an extra punch.
