One hour 15 minute tour covers up to 3 guests.
In a 1:15 visit, we can cover one or two topics pretty thoroughly, or we can offer a more general overview of multiple topics.

A collection of three botanical companions for evening rituals, dreamers, night wanderers, and anyone who could use a little more softness at the end of the day.

Not a complicated ritual.

🌿 Dreaming Garden Tea

A fragrant evening tea of peppermint, mugwort, rose, and catnip.

Floral, minty, green, and a little mysterious, Dreaming Garden is an invitation to settle in as the light fades.

Make a cup. Find your favorite chair. Let the steam rise.

Perhaps keep a notebook nearby.

Dreams have a funny way of arriving when we're finally quiet enough to notice them.

💧 Sage Hydrosol

A soft botanical mist distilled from sage.

Mist it around your room as evening begins, freshen your linens, or simply enjoy the aromatic presence of the plant.

Sage has long held a place in human traditions of clearing and renewal. Here, we've distilled that relationship into something simple and gentle

a little mist, a little breath, a little space.

🌙 Skullcap Tincture

A concentrated botanical preparation featuring American skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), one of our favorite native herbs for evening herbalism.

Take a few drops as part of your nighttime routine, perhaps alongside your tea, as you begin the transition from the doing of the day to the quieter hours of night.

Skullcap is one of those plants that doesn't demand much attention.

Quiet.
Unassuming.
A little wild around the edges.

But spend some time with it and you begin to understand why herbalists have loved it for generations.

A Little Evening Ritual

There is no right way to use Dreamer's Sanctuary.

But if you need somewhere to begin:

First, make the tea.

Let the kettle become the punctuation mark at the end of your day.

Then, mist your space.

A few sprays of sage. Open a window if you like. Take a breath.

Finally, pause.

Use your Skullcap tincture according to its label directions, settle somewhere comfortable, and let yourself become a little less available to the outside world.

Read. Write. Listen to music. Watch the moon.

Or do absolutely nothing.

The plants don't mind.
