  • Summer Internship

Our Summer Internship program is an intensive 20-hr-per-week program open to students interested in Sustainable Urban Agriculture practices. From May 27-August 12, we will cover all of the Workshare Learning Objectives, and then some. Participants will have the opportunity to design and execute a project with assistance from leaders, workshare members, and volunteers as needed.
Participants will be awarded a stipend and receive weekly fresh food.
Internship application period begins March 10, 2025.

  • Workshare

Our workshare program is a little bit more structured. We have a list of learning objectives from which participants can pick and choose, and we build a schedule accordingly. It is a 4-hour-per-week commitment for a full season. In addition to the knowledge gained, Workshare members receive a CSA share (5-7 Fresh items) per week of service.
Spring Workshare application closed and our season has begun.
Fall workshare application will open in May. Season runs June 30-Nov 12.

Open Workdays

  • This is a working farm, and we work on open workdays. While there are always opportunities to connect and learn from one and other, we really do need your help to stay focused on whatever task we’re doing together. This is as important to your safety as taking breaks when your body tells you to, and as important to the learning element of our work as is the techniques you’ll be taught.
This is a safe space for everyone. Sobriety, lovingkindness, and consideration for the land, your neighbors, and the tools we use is expected at all times.
You will get hot and tired and dirty, so bring a refillable water bottle and a sun hat/ sunscreen. Use insect repellent if insects bother you.
You will likely leave with a renewed or enhanced love of the land, a deeper connection to your community, and a new skill or two that you can apply in your own garden.

  • Filtered water is always on tap in the farmstand, and we have a composting toilet and wash-up facilities for your convenience.

We offer a (±)50-minute restorative yoga practice 30-min. after our open workday. If you wish to attend, you might want to bring a gym bag and a mat/ blocks/ bolster.
We have an outdoor shower for participants to use, and we ask you to mind the time so that others can clean up as well.
Our farmstand is open to venmo purchases during yoga, all other forms of payment afterwards until 6pm.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do enhance your experience!

  • Please review and sign the workshare forms before coming. If you are unable to print, we’ll have paper copies here for you to sign.
This only needs to be done one time per season.

Before every visit, please review our calendar and text Rob at 678-453-8654 to allow us to plan for your visit.
