    • Hands-on training in sustainable urban landscapes

    • Practical applications of soil management and composting

    • Introduction to small-scale agriculture techniques

    • Workshops on farm safety and design

    • Practical experience in nursery production and propagation

    • Participation in food production and packing for farmers markets/ CSA

    • Arboriculture techniques for fruit tree management

    • Practical farm business management

  • Addressing a Specific Farm Need:

    • Identifying a current challenge or opportunity at Trefoil Gardens

    • Designing and implementing a practical solution (e.g., creating a new composting system, improving irrigation efficiency, or developing a pollinator-friendly planting plan)

    • Implement with support from farm and weekly progress check-ins with mentorship support

    • Guest speaker sessions on industry trends

    • Networking opportunities with professionals in Urban Agriculture

    • Fun team-building activities
