Cantaloupe Smoothie
Sunshine in a glass, this refreshing smoothie will invigorate your morning with it’s mellow sweetness or cool you off after a hot day in the garden! If you keep a melon cut up in your fridge, it’ll take more time to clean up than it does to make this delicious treat!
< 5 min prep, serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh cantaloupe
1 cup orange juice
1 cup soymilk (or 2 cups plain yogurt, for dairy users)
5-10 drops of vanilla extract, to taste
handfull ice (use less if you sub’d yogurt)
Instructions:
Liquify everything but the ice in a blender
Add the ice and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
