Start by selecting the Phone Consultation, below, and we’ll begin this relationship with a 20-minute phone call in which we’ll broadly discuss your hopes and dreams for your outdoor living space. This first conversation will inform our collective process to realize your vision for your outdoor space, as well as better understanding each other’s expectations, setting the stage for a successful project completion.

Our Comprehensive Site Report (CSR) will inform the use of your garden space, and it includes Sun angle map, Climate information including zones, temperatures, winds, daylight hours and rainfall, Grade and water catchment data, and USDA Soil Survey and Physical Soil Sample data. 1-hour in-person site consultation included.

A scaled design with takeoff for a garden space (front yard, back yard, etc) and immediate surrounding areas. This may be “Phase 1” of a larger project (see “Vision to Plan Intensive”).
Whether you DIY or hire a contractor, and hire us to manage your project or utilize our online virtual coaching support, we’re here to help the installation process go smoothly and stay on schedule. Support Text, Phone calls, and virtual meetings included.

Some projects may be more complex and require a Master Plan, along with a little more intense and focused planning. This optional service will follow the “Custom Design and Guidance” phase, and may correlate to and/or extend beyond Phase 1 project completion, with revisions, consultations, and meetings as needed to satisfy site requirements.

An optional 10-hour block of Project Management support to help you manage your project and contractors. We’ll interact directly with contractors, help you shop for goods and services, and anything else you need to make the experience as turnkey as possible.
