Edible landscape design/consultation includes a sketch and an observation/ recommendation report with some supporting reference materials.
A master plan features a more complete site analysis, a scaled, measured drawing, and a XL takeoff of all major components.
Permaculture design usually includes zone analysis mapping, along with the master plan. It includes additional site consultation support, and much more detailed reports and takeoffs. Because it is usually an ongoing relationship/ project, there is no “set-up” fee for the consultation/ project management portion of the project.
You can also schedule a site visit here, which may inform your own project.
