The hardiest of the dark leafy greens.

Collards are a southern staple, but did you know that broccoli greens pass for collards 100% of the time? Traditionally boiled with fatback and served with hot sauce, we prefer a braise. However you use them, these greens are packed with nutrition and so delicious!

Week ending 4/6/25 clean up’s from overwintered broccoli. Very sweet, but also very firm. Bagged
