About your instructor:
Meet Hanna Hallman! She is a yoga teacher, space holder, and guide devoted to supporting others in returning home to themselves. Her approach to yoga is rooted in the integration of mind, body, heart, and spirit—offering more than movement, but an experience of presence, connection, and inner listening.
With a background in teaching both dynamic and restorative styles, Hanna creates classes that are accessible, intuitive, and deeply nourishing. She weaves together breath, gentle strength, and mindful awareness to support each individual exactly where they are, encouraging a sense of safety, curiosity, and self-trust within the body.
Her teaching is guided by the belief that yoga is a living practice—one that extends beyond the mat and into everyday life. Through her work, she invites students to soften, to reconnect, and to remember their own inner rhythm.
Hanna is honored to hold space at Trefoil Gardens and welcomes all who feel called to move, breathe, and return home to themselves.
